Once you reserve a session time you will be emailed with a payment request to confirm your booking.  Your booking is only confirmed once payment is made.  

Your session time will be reserved for 12 hours from your payment request to allow time for you to make payment.  If by the end of the 12 hours no payment is received the session time will be offered for sale again.

 

You will be required to provide the name and ages of all children attending the session at the time of booking.

 

By booking your session and making payment of the booking fee you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.  Please do not book your session if you are not in full agreement. 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Meet and Greet sessions will run at 15 minute intervals and last for 10 minutes in total on the 21st and 22nd of October.  

 

Please arrive at the studio at your allocated start time.  Please ensure children are dressed with clean faces ready to meet Father Christmas.  If you arrive late for your session we may not be able to accommodate you.  Your booking fee will not be refunded.

  

Only children from the same household will be able to attend a single session.   Extended family such as cousins will not be able to attend the same booking.  If you would like to bring along another family there will need to be two consecutive session spaces reserved. This will allow each family to have their own time with Father Christmas and both families together too.  

 

The meet and greet is £15 for one child and an additional £3 for each additional child up to a maximum of 4.  This is the cost of your booking fee which is non refundable should you cancel.  

   

The session fee is to meet Father Christmas and receive a little gift.  There is no photo included.  Prints start at £55

 

Children should wear traditional Christmas clothing where possible to best fit the scene.  Red and gold are lovely colours to include in your child's outfit if possible.
